Payment |
The tenant must pay the full amount of the stay within 10 days of booking. Payment must be made either:

By bank transfer to our account in Danske Bank: Reg. 4720 Account: 0012114702 MRK. your booking number
or pay online with credit card via payment link.

If canceled up to 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be refunded at a cost of DKK 100 per administration fee.


Key delivery |
On the day of arrival, the key to the holiday home can be picked up in the key box at the doorstep. The code will be sent together with the order confirmation and accommodation can take place from kl. 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the tenant must hand over the key to the holiday home in the same place. The holiday apartment must be vacated by the day of departure. 10:00. Furnishings & Equipment |
In addition to the daily cutlery, service and kitchenware required, the holiday apartment is equipped with furniture, dining areas and beds for min. 10. people. All beds are box mattresses that are 90cm wide and 190cm long, almost the bunk bed where the top bunk in the floor bed is ideally suited for children and is equipped with foam foam mattress. Duvets and pillows are available for 10 people. The holiday home is heated by district heating.

Please note that the renters themselves must bring towels, bed linen, tea towels and the like.

In the holiday home there are garden furniture consisting of a table and chairs for 10 people. Parasol, deckchairs and cushions can be used. We ask for rent to take garden cushions during dry weather in case of rain and on departure.

The holiday home is equipped with TV and takes the fun TV channels in Danish (incl. TV2), Swedish, Norwegian and German.

Please note that next to the holiday apartment is a resort and that there are therefore other guests in the area - but of course not in the apartment's own garden and house. The above mentioned does not give rise to a reduction in the rental price.



Cleaning |
It is the tenant's responsibility after completion of the rental period, leaving the home clean and in proper condition, and thus ready to receive the next guests. Leave the holiday home in an unacceptable state, a fee will be charged, as well as the costs for the cleaning.
When booking the holiday home, final cleaning can be ordered for the 1750 DDK. Please note that, in spite of ordered final cleaning, the tenant must leave the property in a clean and acceptable condition. Upon key delivery you will find rules and information about cleaning your home.


acquisitions |
Linens can be delivered in the residence. A linen package consists of 1 piece. pillow case, 1 pc. duvet cover, 1 pc. layer, 1 piece towel. Price per linen package is DKK 80

High chair and / or cot | High chair and / or cot can be provided in the residence. Price per high chair or cot per Week DKK 149.

We already recommend booking the holiday home to book the required additional services.

Breakfast can be purchased at Nordliv's café during its opening hours. Booked the day in advance.


Dog and other domestic animals |
It is not allowed to bring pets.



Right of cancellation and refund
You can cancel your booking on the following terms:
The holiday apartment can be canceled 4 weeks before arrival

In the event of a timely cancellation, the full amount will be refunded - except £ 100, which is considered as administration fee.

If you cancel later than the timely cancellation deadlines, you will lose the entire amount paid.

The cancellation must be in writing and must be addressed directly to NORDLIV at
